Thirty Helen's agree, The Kids In the Hall is the best comedy troupe since the Not Ready For Prime Time Players.
For five groundbreaking seasons, Canadian-bred comic prodigies THE KIDS IN THE
HALL® stretched sketch comedy to its ultimate limits with hilariously off-the-wall results. With a cast of comic creations only the brilliant--or truly twisted--could imagine, THE KIDS IN THE HALL: THE COMPLETE SERIES MEGASET® presents the Kids' nearly 800 sketches from every single episode of each season in a stunning 20-disc set. From the infamous Chicken Lady and Crushing Your Head to Buddy Cole and the romantically challenged Cabbage Head, these pioneering, edgy, and ever-charming comedians always managed to land on the stranger side of funny--and look good in floral dresses while doing it.
Musically speaking, true, he's Alan Thicke's son, but don't hold that against him. Show him that smile again. With his sophomore effort titled The Evolution of Robin Thicke, Robin releases an incredibly honest and moving R&B album. For a taste of his catchy beats, check out "Wanna Love You Girl" featuring Parrell, but stay for beautiful ballads such as "Lonely World." With his handsome face, heartbreaking lyrics and indelible falsetto...what's not to love?
Barbra Streisand invited an exclusive audience of 500 Hollywood celebrities to her
palatial Malibu home in September 1986 for her first full-length concert in two decades. Invitations were sent in a paisley-covered tin box along with a taped message from Streisand who explained the reason for the rare performance: "Sometimes we forget the importance of one voice, of each of our voices, and the enormous difference it can make in all our lives in history. I feel I must sing again to do what I can to insure a safer and better world. That's the message. Please join me on September 6th, at my home, under the stars, we'll have dinner, watch the sunset, share the music and send the message. I'd really like you to come."
To commemorate the 20-year anniversary of this special concert and celebrate Streisand's upcoming fall tour, Warner Strategic Marketing will release the DVD debut of the concert film, ONE VOICE.
