Cosmetic Hair System is a two-step process that is applied to
thinning areas of the scalp. The first step (Activating Formula
#1) is applied for 1 hour before it is rinsed off. A second step
(Balancing Formula #2) is subsequently applied for 30 minutes
and rinsed. The treatment is then complete and the brief waiting
