The Hearts Foundation exists to support the efforts of service agencies that promote the health and well-being of the Chicago Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender community.

The focus of the Hearts Foundation is the challenge of HIV and AIDS.

* As a force for HIV/AIDS prevention, we promote educational efforts that encourage practicing safe sex, reducing substance abuse, and taking personal responsibility for health.
* As an advocate for those personally affected by HIV/AIDS, we support access to and provision of medical, educational, nutritional and legal services designed to assist them.

The uniqueness of the Hearts Foundation is our ability to identify and provide unrestricted support for innovative, front-line programs to meet unfulfilled priorities and reach underserved populations.
