Angel's Restaurant
Angel's Restaurant is located at 5403 N. Clark Street here in
Chicago. They have a "Great Atmosphere with outdoor patio
dining. Angel's is known for their delicious, authentic Mexican
cuisine."
Some of their specialties consist of Molcajete (filled with chicken
or steak, cactus, green pepper, tomato, onions, and melted Chihuahua
cheese) served with rice, beans, and tortillas. With a background
of Latin pop music to keep you hopping. The average dinner tab

have collaborated to open L8 (pronounced "late"). L8
is River North's premier all night eatery featuring delectable

recently recognized a void in the River North neighborhood for
a restaurant that will satisfy the hearty appetites of Chicago's

Here is one you won't want to shut, Pie Hole, at 737 W. Roscoe.
It's just the best damn pizza in the world, the dough is made
from scratch everyday, we make our sauce from San Marzano Tomatoes,
we use real old fashion mozzarella cheese, and we open everyday
at 5pm, Friday and Saturday we are open till 4am. Pizza by the
slice or whole pies, we deliver. Other specialties at Pit Hole
include Shrimp Scampi, Red Pesto, Green Pesto, Desert Pizza and
BBQ Chicken. The music is ambient and the average tab is $5 -

Kit Kat Lounge
For those of you looking for International fare, the Kit Kat Lounge
located at3741 N. Halsted, is the Chicago location of the Puerto
Vallarta, Mexico, cabaret and restaurant features an eclectic
Asian-influenced menu. The brightly hued interior, an homage to
the supper clubs of the '40s and '50s, features green glass mosaic
tiles on the bar and in a curving path around the floor. Booths
are off-white and upholstered in leopard and snake print vinyl.
A house specialty is the Big Daddy Buffalo Shrimp, soaked in coconut
milk and rolled in shredded coconut, then deep fried and skewered
with pineapple chunks. To drive home the retro theme, strolling
performers dressed up as '40s-era icons (Bette Davis, Rita Hayworth
and the like) lip-synch standard tunes piped through the dining
room on a state-of-the-art sound systems. The bar offers a martini
menu featuring 65 concoctions, some familiar classics and a few
originals, such as the Angel martini, garnished with a cherry
speared on a white feather. The average check at Kit Kat is around
$40-$50 and their hours are Tuesday-Sunday - 5:30pm-1am with valet

Last but not least is Joey's Brickhouse at 1258 W. Belmont. Joey's
is a casual atmosphere with light jazz music in the background.

the meatball casserole; Lasagna ala Joey is a favorite and kids
