With the holidays over and done with, it is time to start the New Year with a bang! Here are some delicious new releases that you need to know about.

Throw out your anti-depressants and hop on the bus with the feel-good comedy of the year Little Miss Sunshine, the "achingly hilarious" (Vanity Fair) American family vacation movie that breaks all the rules of the road along the way. The runaway hit of the Sundance Film Festival that has become the crowd-pleasing sleeper hit film of the year, grossing over $57 million box office to date, Little Miss Sunshine debuts December 19 on DVD from Fox Home Entertainment. Featuring an all-star cast of today's most versatile actors including Steve Carell, Greg Kinnear ,Toni Collette, Alan Arkin Paul Dano and the adorable young talent Abigail Breslin, Little Miss Sunshine is the brazenly satirical and yet deeply human comedy that was heralded by critics as "riotously funny, touching and real" (Maxim), "a comedic gem, uproarious and heartfelt at the same time" (Movieline's Hollywood Life), "an absolute winner" (Newsweek) and "the film you gotta see!" (Glamour).

JACKASS NUMBER TWO prepares to do some damage as an uncensored and unrated DVD on December 26 from Paramount Home Entertainment. The outrageously funny and inventively insane film features Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius and the rest of the jackasses in all-new-and often all-nude-stunts, practical jokes and a host of other really bad ideas. The DVD includes movie footage that could not be seen in theaters, seven over-the-line unrated segments, a making-of featurette, deleted scenes, outtakes, commentary by Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Ryan Dunn, Wee Man, Preston Lacy, Dave England, Ehren McGhehey, Jeff Tremaine and Dimitry Elyashkevich and 29 more segments not seen in theaters.

THE STREET, a star-studded drama featuring six extraordinary stories of ordinary people and how their lives intertwine living on the same street. Currently airing to great acclaim on BBC America, each episode concentrates on a different house in the street -- there are mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, a wife and her lover; a husband and wife falling in love all over again 40 years on; an unexpected friendship that turns the life of an ordinary taxi driver upside down; and two battling sisters, drawn back together by the breakdown of a marriage. And, while each story is self-contained, all six tales are linked by a sense of community and shared experience. The engaging stories are brought to life by a high-profile cast led by Academy Award-winner Jim Broadbent , Jane Horrocks, Timothy Spall, David Schofield and Sue Johnston.
