Phillip Wolf (aka Boymeat) became an active participant in the New York SM scene at age 19 and is associated with the New York boys of Leather and NYC's Leather Pride Night Committee. A former TES board member, Boymeat co-created the concept of The Next Generation (TNG) (specialized groups serving young adults who are interested in SM) and helped organize the first three national TNG conferences: Chickenstock (1999), Second Coming (2002), and BDSM in the Big City (2003).

As an SM educator Boymeat has taught at almost every major educational event in the US as well as at NYU and Columbia University. He once competed in Gotham Leatherman (2000) and served as a judge at Ms. World Leather 2006 and South East Leatherfest 2007. A bisexual, polyamourous switch, with a penchant for foot fetishism, incest role play and piss play, Boymeat is rumored to be the quite the sadist: the man who nerve.com said "makes the Marquis de Sade look like Pat Boone."

Wolf, identifiable by a unique chest tattoo or his occasional "paw haircut," has been actively involved in the leather community for over a decade through associations with the Chicago Hellfire Club (CHC) and San Francisco's The 15 Association. He's been a perennial participant at CHC's Inferno, attended several other multi-day leather runs, enjoyed numerous leather gatherings (such as Dore Alley, Folsom, IML), and ridden his Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic motorcycle with the Leather Contingency in the SF Gay Pride Parade.

A volunteer by nature, Wolf has been recognized for outstanding service to his two leather clubs and contributed time and capital toward events to help fight AIDS. He's volunteered over the years at Chicago's Howard Brown Health Center, where he met Bruce, his life partner of now 22 years. His immediate leather family includes his Dad, Tony; his boy, wes (with boy scott); Wolf's pup, Keidog; and a brother in leather, Ed.
