Hello my blossoming kittens! The buds are starting to poke out of their little hiding places to make way for their fabulous flowers just as we are asking questions to find out more about our fabulous selves. If you have a question for Dear Daisy, just send it via e-mail to Dear.Daisy@sbcglobal.net or go postal and send it to BOI Magazine c/o Dear Daisy 3711 N. Ashland 2nd Floor Chicago, IL 60613. Now lets see what our spring queries are.
Dear Daisy,
A week ago from today I was abducted. I was sleeping in my college dorm and awoke to something that felt like a snake slithering all over me. I opened my eyes, and to my surprise I saw two beings over me, not humans, but similar. They seemed much skinnier and shorter, and their skin seemed almost reptile-like. I don't remember too much else about my experience. The next morning I woke up and everything was OK, except I was missing a testicle. Why would they do this to me?

Backy McCrackyHi Backy!
Great hearing from you again. You didn't write to us all winter. But now you are back in school with your wacky sense of humor. Have you thought of changing your name to Wacky Backy? Anyway, we thoroughly enjoy your "alien sense of humor" in all your e-mails. It keeps us laughing because we don't want to take ourselves too seriously.
Dear Daisy,
I have a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. The low fuel light goes on intermittently and the engine starts to lose power and then the light goes off and powerresumes. The mechanic checked the fuel pump and a sensor plug for the gas tank and there seems to be nothing wrong. I poured a bottle of heat in the gas tank and that alleviated the problem for a few days only. Any suggestions to what is wrong?

ShortyDear Shorty,
Thats easy! My 1999 Voyager was doing a similar thing, no one could tell me what was wrong until I took it to the Plymouth dealership, and they said it was the emission sensor. They changed it and the problems stopped. You can also try unhooking the positive connection to the battery for 10 minutes and re connecting it, to reset the battery. Also check or change your gas cap. A bad sealing gas cap can cause the same problem. I hope that helped. Sometimes I can be so butch!
Dear Daisy,
Should recreational drugs be legalized? I am speaking in terms of use as our parents used cocktails (alcohol) as we were growing up.

The New Generation on the BlockDear Newby,
I answer this question with the zero tolerance that BOI Magazine has had with all harmful drugs. However in my opinion, a little grass never killed anyone and it has never made anyone jump into anything harder, unless they wanted to. That being said, the DEA Question and Answer forum and I see it this way:We start from the individual right of self-determination: "Nobody has the right of violating another person's right of deciding about his body and his property". Citizen X therefore has the right of using his property in order to produce drugs.
Citizen Y therefore has the right of using his property in order to buy drugs produced by Citizen X. Citizen Y has the right of using his body to consume the drugs. The answer to this question is therefore "Yes".
