Ihave worked as a milliner (hat maker) for Albrizio and
Tracy Tooker. Other than that I've worked for myself. Years ago I had made ensembles for local rock bands here in NY, shortly after I designed suits and outfits for Bon Jovi not the spandex years of course, and Lenny Kravits. And now I'm on to funner cooler stuff like the Secret Machines, Dead combo, and favorites like Interpol and Jon Spencer Blues Exploitation plus, heroes such as William Defoe and Annabella Sciorra.

What inspires you in design?
Music, Movies, and History, it's an image.

What is your mission as you design and complete a garment?
To make my work stand above the rest as the coolest, most innovative and best quality that's possible.

Where have you studied and worked?
I worked in garmento houses in Italy and France. I also studied with Ernesto Desoto.

What is your greatest accomplishment so far?
I think my greatest accomplishment is getting to where I am right now. It's been a long road, but I've stuck to my guns and made it this far.

What direction would you like spring fashion to go in?
As far the spring, the range of styles are so stretched out which I'm happy to see when fashion does not follow such narrow routes. But, I'm hoping to see more sear sucker back again as well as cool wools and fitted voiles, to give that old Hollywood vacation feel.

What else would you like our readers to know?
Clothes don't necessarily make the man, but they sure fucking help.
