Heather Doble began her career as a DJ for one reason: a need to satisfy and share her intense passion for music that ranges from The Commodores to Joy Division. Classically trained in ballet, but forced to give it up due to an injury, Doble now inspires others to dance as a result of her mastery in the DJ booth. Over the last ten years, she's spun at numerous venues in Chicago and Milwaukee, played clubs from coast to coast throughout the United States, and has even presented her house music stylings to appreciative dance floors in the UK. Not content with just DJing, Doble is also making a mark on the production side of things by partnering up with Milwaukee's John Hawley and producing dance music as the Sound Navigators.
Since May 2002, Doble has held a weekly Thursday night residency at Berlin Nightclub and she was recently named a Friday night resident at Ohm Nightclub in Wicker Park. These regular gigs are in addition to her many guest appearances in the city.

Michael Serafini is easily one of the best known, well-liked, and most influential DJs in Chicago. Spinning at countless numbers of clubs in the city since the early 1990s, he's forged a very popular style that marries the essence of classic house music which includes the influential elements of old-school soul, R&B, funk, and disco with modern dance music sub-genres such as tech house, tribal, progressive, and electro. He's got a knack for playing just the right track at the right time, consistently pleasing the jam-packed dance floors that are usually before him.
When not in the DJ booth, Serafini keeps busy as a lead buyer and manager at Gramaphone Records, the leading dance music retailer in the city. He literally sets style trends in Chicago by influencing what many other DJs play and by breaking new music during his own sets.

of techno.
