Chicago, we love you. Your summers bring
great weather and flocks of cutie out-of-towners to our fine
city. From Gay Pride to Market Days there's no place we'd rather
be. Your winters though, can be pretty brutal. We need a little
"vay-cay" if you know what I mean. During these next
couple of months of snow, freezing temps, and frigid wind chill
we'd rather be in...
Buenos A ires, A rgentina
"The warm weather, the hot men, and the Gauchos (I heard
they're uncut, haha!), Buenos Aires is steeped in a Spanish and
Italian culture that blends perfectly with a setting that is
simply beautiful to admire. I would dine at Cabana Las Lilas
followed with cocktails and dancing with hotties at Alsina."

Puerta Vallarta, Mexico
"It's my favorite place in the whole wide world! It has
goregous beaches, great food, and some of the hottest latino
papis ever! I would run to the Blue Chair Resort to see my great
friend The Dolla of Vallarta, she is the best entertainment this
side of the Panama Canal. I'd top the night off by watching the
sunset go down. It's the best view ever, makes me cry when I
see it."

Paris, France (and the
Caribbean)
"I rarely get out of the frigid weather in time, but one
of my favorite things to do just at the end of it is head to
France in early spring while it's still a bit chilly here. In
the Loire Valley, iris and other flowers are already out and
the air is so wonderfully fresh and clean. Then again, if I were
to go on a real escape, I'd hit the Caribbean. The first thing
I'd do is hit my hotel room, ditch all my clothes in favor of
a speedo, and crash on the beach until I was burnt."
- Steven Rosengard, from Bravo-TV's "Project Runway - Season
4"
Brazil
"Where the climate is warm and the men are hot, hot, hot!
After I check in at my exclusive bed and breakfast, I'd head
out the door to "soak up" some local color. I'd find
the best places to shop, the best places to see a good show,
and the best places to find a good man who appreciates a seasoned
woman such as myself."
- Paula Sinclaire
London, England
"To escape Chicago's zero degree weather I would travel
to marvelous London, England! Although there isn't a sunny guarantee,
the people, history, and charm of the city more than make up
for it! I've often called London my second home. Upon arrival,
I would dine on a traditional English breakfast. Nobody in the
world makes a better morning meal than the British! Judging by
how they've treated me there, I would run at the chance to travel
back to that "Heavenly" land flowing with Veuve Clicquot
and the likes of Prince Harry!"
