AIDS Legal Counsel
Program ­ Immigration Rights Project.

The Immigration Rights Project is a project coordinated through AIDS Legal Counsel that provides legal assistance to those immigrants with HIV who have little or no resources for legal assistance. Most of the clients are undocumented and therefore ineligible for jobs, public benefits and other services.

Program - Outreach

The Outreach program provides support services to Latinos living with HIV/AIDS in Humboldt Park, West Town and Logan Square.

Program ­ Food nutrition services

Vital Bridges provides support for African American men who have sex with men through their South Side grocery center by providing food nutrition and prevention services.

Program ­ Housing , healthcare services

Heartland Alliance provides housing, health care and human services programs to more than 1,600 individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the most vulnerable communities: low income, homeless & people of color.
