you want it to be. In order to get back into shape and to lose
the added holiday pounds, many of you will join a gym or health
club for the very first time. Others of you, looking for a jumpstart

weekday hours (5:30am-11pm) and personal trainers on staff.

facility that features a massive array of cardio and strength
equipment as well as three group exercise studios. There's also
FREE parking next door. Fitness Formula has six other clubs
